Osage Beach, Mo.,—Lily Bennett, a senior at Couch High School, has been chosen as a recipient of a $250 Missouri Pork Industry Scholarship from the Missouri Pork Association.
Lily is the daughter of Brian and Melissa Bennett from Couch. She has worked at Crumpie’s 11-Point Smokehouse and Jeff Lawrence Auctions.
She is very active in school, currently holding the office of president for her class, FFA Chapter, and Youth for Christ Group. Lily is also vice president of FBLA and FCCLA recreational leader. She has participated in volleyball, softball, track and basketball.
Upon graduating, Lily plans to pursue a degree in agriculture, focusing on either ag sales or ag education.
